Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the item is inspected.
